It's that time! Swim for Melissa, the signature fund-raising event for the Melissa George Neonatal Memorial Fund at Huntsville Hospital Foundation! This fund was started in 2005 by Chris and Melissa George in memory of their daughter who passed away in the Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (RNICU) at Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children. In just over 4 years, over $959,000 has been raised by Melissa's Fund for the RNICU - enabling the purchase of a transport ventilator for the Kids Care Critical Care Transport, eight cardiac monitors, nine Giraffe OmniBeds and more!
